I Week I have been off Nicotine no ciggs no vaping nothing. we'll I did Smoke some w66d this week but that is Nicotine free so I am very proud of myself. I feel much different in the morning much and have more energy already. I feel like it has been easier to quit vaping then conventional ciggs cold turkey. Vaipng is a great invention but very addictive as well. In my first week I have been thinking about smoking mostly when I start to drive just a weird habit for Me the routine is seat belt, check the mirrors and where is my vape. Other then that the only time i had big attack is when I was waiting in line for food at a restaurant. So driving I cant help but waiting in line I can order inn for a while or just cook at home to avoid long waiting periods. but what keeps me going now is I genuinely feel better. I feel like my depression is better as well since this is a huge accomplishment 1 week is the best I have done in 20 years I keep telling myself this will add years to my life and help me with physical activity.
